Each home includes waste/recycling services, in-suite laundry, modern appliances, and access to hotel-inspired amenities. Select homes may include promotional incentives. Utilities, parking, and storage are excluded.

Are parking and storage available?

Yes. Heated underground parking and storage lockers are available. Please lease speak with the leasing team for current availability and pricing.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, Munro is pet-friendly. We welcome up to two pets per home, with no breed or weight restrictions. Pet fees and conditions apply. Please connect with our leasing team for full details.

What amenities does Munro offer?

Residents enjoy a fitness centre, social lounge, coworking areas, pet wash, games room, and convenient retail at street level including Calgary Co-op and everyday services

What is required to apply?

Applicants must complete an online application, provide government-issued ID, consent to a credit and reference check, and submit a deposit upon approval.
